Healthy Diet.

Eat less, and take a proper and healthy diet. Avoid Junk food. Take fresh ones and avoid stale ones. Even stored in a refrigerator could be dangerous after some time. Fresh farm things are always better. Cleaning the vegetables and fruits is a must as farm products may contain pesticides and harmful materials on their surface. Take a small quantity of food, no overdose or over quantity. Things in proper shape and proper quantity are always better. A variety of foods like vegetables, preferably leafy and green vegetables, fruits, protein-protein-rich substances, and more and more color (natural colors like green, red, yellow, orange) to your food charts. Add more seasonal fruits and vegetables as these are required in a particular season and suit your body. Keep growing and balance proper weight. Avoid TV, mobiles, or other distractions while eating food, better to take food while in a sitting position, and avoid a standing position. Be at ease and have a mindful eating session.
