This is the area where we often forget to take care. As we know well, we earn primarily to keep away from hunger, which we feel two or three times or more in a day. A big question is whether we take whatever comes to our sight without thinking, as it will suit us or not. Sometimes it is because we have no option, but at other times, even if an option is available, we hardly choose in our interest. Therefore, we must understand that there is a requirement for a balanced diet, i.e., a variety in small quantities, all food that is of different colors, with caution regarding more salads, fruits, and water. Normally, two to three liters is enough, but then one should go as per his work and body structure.
