Slowly we are forgetting what our parents and grand parents taught us. Reading books, doing exercise like yoga, walking, laughing, playing outdoor and indoor games, enjoying life with friends and relatives. It was It was all live and enjoyable. Now look at our life, no more social fabric is needed, mobile and TV has replaced all relatives and friends as if they have no role to play. All the time we try to remain with digital world instead of physical world. It was our intention to go to spiritual world from physical world, but now we have taken a deep down turn towards virtual world and started overlooking here and there which was more meaningful and beneficial to us.
The result is more and more stress, problems, diseases and what not. 21st June, there is International Yoga Day, start doing some exercise and try to reduce the stress.
